Summer has brought on a lot of day trips, including one yesterday. Sometimes it is easy to forget where you live and all the natural beauty! We live in N.C. and there is the coast at one end of the state, piedmont, foothills, and at the other end of the state mountains. So no matter what your preference beach of mountains, the ride is not all that far! So yesterday, we took a little day trip to the mountains, packed a picnic lunch, at in the park there, and did a little shopping downtown. It was a beautiful day for a day trip and a great day to take in the natural beauty of N.C.!
