Halloween lanterns oops...
Our Halloween lanterns caused a panic today. They set off our home alarm and the police came over! Geez... I told Cheryl jokingly that I guess we would just not set our alarm until after Halloween was over, she was not amused. My father-in-law, a retired sheriff's deputy came over to check out the house, luckily they live half a mile away. All was well, but the lanterns were in fact moving from the air duct blowing on them. Oops...

That is way too funny Robert! lol I'm for leaving them up........they look way too cool to take down!

I agree, Cheryl said as soon as Halloween is over I cannot put anything else up! I normally have these faux-crystal snowflakes that I hang there. I am going to have to get creative this year!
